1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition
    • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Custom or personalized items (if any)

3. Return Process

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Notice

Since we accept only Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds for returned items will be processed via bank transfer or an alternative method arranged directly with you.
